PERSIB BANDUNG, The Legendary Indonesian Football Club

Persatuan Sepakbola Indonesia Bandung, better known by the name of PERSIB was officially born on March 14, 1933. PERSIB is the greatest legendary football club in Indonesia. PERSIB have many fanatics fans and calling themselves is "bobotoh". Meanwhile, the official PERSIB fans club is Viking Fans Club and Bomber.
For amount of fans reputation, PERSIB would defeat all elite clubs in this planet. PERSIB has become a new culture for Bandung people and also their fans around the world. Even in 1985, PERSIB ever hit the world record at Senayan Stadium, on the grand final against PSMS Medan. Senayan -  the largest stadium with capacity 120,000, unable to accommodate 150,000 people that dominated by PERSIB supporters. According the report of Asian Football Confederation (AFC) that published in 1987, that game is the biggest amateur football game in the world, no one can defeated this record until now.

The uniform of PERSIB is blue and white. Cause their uniform, PERSIB given the nickname "Pangeran Biru” or “Blue Prince". In the late of  '90s, Kang Ibing (God bless him) give a new nickname "Maung Bandung" or “Bandung’s Tiger” for this club through his song.
